Can't activate your game code? Having payment issues? Game is not starting up properly?
Worry not! Take a look at the PlayStation Support site here. There are lots of self-help articles with videos that should help you in resolving your issue.
And if all fails, you can contact the PlayStation Online Assistant by clicking the Online Assistant button located at the bottom-right corner of the PlayStation Support page. The assistant will help you by suggesting self-help articles, and it also has the capability to connect you with a live agent :)
