- Use the Windows+R keyboard shortcut and type dxdiag in the Run window and click OK button.
- In the newly opened DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on Save All Information... and save the file to your hard drive.
- Click the Exit button to quit DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
Please keep in mind that DxDiag Report is the most useful way to give us information about your computer and allows us to solve problems much faster, especially since most of them may be caused by very specific computer settings.
